SHIPPING & HANDLING

All of our orders are packaged with plastic-free shipping materials and dispatched directly from our warehouse in California within 48 hours of orders being placed. Orders submitted before 12:00 PM PST Mo-Fr are usually processed and dispatched that same day, except on holidays. Standard delivery to Pacific and Mountain Time destinations averages 3 to 5 business days, while shipments to Central and Eastern Time zones average 5 to 7 business days, with possible delays for more rural or remote locations.

We currently ship exclusively via UPS Ground to provide the most consistent handling and shipping reliability, though we plan to expand with additional carrier options and flexible checkout tiers in the future. Domestic shipping rates are tiered by package weight, ranging from $6.50 for shipments up to 1 lb in the Western States to $20.00 for heavy packages sent East, while all orders over $100 receive free shipping.

As soon as your package leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a direct tracking link so you can follow its journey in real time. Standard UPS Ground shipments automatically include insurance coverage up to $100, and we will soon offer the option to purchase supplemental insurance at checkout for higher-value orders. Once the carrier marks a package as "Delivered," that official tracking scan serves as final confirmation of receipt, as we cannot replace or refund items lost or stolen from unsecured doorsteps, porches, or shared entryways.
