We are so glad you’re here! This website and our digital services are managed by OASIS OF MARA LLC. By exploring our shop, ordering our formulas, or connecting with our community, you’re agreeing to the everyday guidelines outlined below. If any of these rules don't work for you, that’s ok. We just ask that you hold off on using our site or products. Because the legal landscape is always changing, we might update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post them right here, and continuing to use our site means you're on board with the most current version of guidelines published at the time of use.

1. USING OUR FORMULAS RESPONSIBLY

Our formulas are carefully crafted to support your body's changing needs. Because everyone’s baseline is unique, it is incredibly important to always follow the serving guidelines printed on our packaging and stick packs, do your own research on what active ingredients could be beneficial to you and your body, and speak to your primary care physician if ever in doubt of adding a new supplement to your routine.

OASIS OF MARA is here to provide clean, bioavailable nutrients to help you hydrate and nourish your body effectively, but we cannot be responsible for any personal health issues, pre-existing conditions, adverse reactions or allergies, or be held at fault for mishaps that happen if our products are misused or consumed outside of our standard guidelines. By buying our formulas, you’re taking full, mature ownership of your own wellness journey and what you choose to consume.

2. A NOTE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH

• We are not your doctor: The information, ingredient breakdowns, and stories we share on this site are for educational and general wellness tracking purposes only. None of our statements have been studied or evaluated by the FDA, and our products are not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Please always consult a trusted healthcare professional before changing your routine.

• Your results will vary: Bodies are vastly different and that’s the beauty of it all. Your physical response, focus levels, and recovery times depend entirely on your unique genetics, age, hydration habits, diet, daily routines and sleep quality. A supplement alone is no magic bullet.

• Human error happens: We do our best to keep our website flawless, but occasionally a typo, pricing error, or inventory mistake might slip through. If an error impacts an order you placed, we reserve the right to fix the mistake and cancel or refund that order if necessary.

3. PERSONAL USE & RESALE

We pour an immense amount of care into our product formulation, sourcing, and batch quality. Because of this, everything sold on our storefront is intended strictly for your personal, non-commercial use. Repackaging or reselling our formulas through unauthorized third-party channels is illegal, ruins our quality control and compromises consumer safety. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders if we suspect they are being bought in bulk to be resold by unauthorized dealers or third-party distributors.

4. SUBSCRIBE & SAVE

To make your hydration routine seamless, we will soon offer recurring subscription plans.

• When you sign up, your card will be charged for your first order today and then automatically billed at the regular delivery intervals you selected (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days).

• You are always in total control of your plan. You can change, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your user account or emailing our support desk. We are happy to offer our highest discounts to our most loyal repeat customers, and we monitor for repeated one-time order cycles or multi-email signups designed to exploit the subscription discount. We reserve the right to remove anyone from our subscriber list if we detect subscription abuse.

• It is ok to pause or cancel your subscription when you have enough electrolytes at home or are discontinuing use for any reason, but please be sure to submit any cancellation requests at least three (3) business days before your next scheduled billing date so our fulfillment team has time to halt the shipment. Orders that have entered the packaging and ticketing phase are subject to a $5 cancellation fee (as they have to be removed from their packaging and restocked). Orders that have already been shipped can unfortunately not be canceled. 

5. SHIPPING & PROOF OF DELIVERY

We ship our functional formulas across the United States and to select international locations. Please carefully double-check your shipping details at checkout, as we can't be held responsible for missing packages caused by input typos or faulty delivery instructions. If you don’t see your country or address in our drop-down menu, feel free to reach out to our support team and we will try our best to arrange custom shipping for your order. Once your order leaves our warehouse and the mail carrier officially marks it as "Delivered," that tracking status serves as our final proof that the product has reached you. Because openly accessible porches and apartment lobbies are out of our control, we cannot replace or refund packages that are stolen or lost after a successful delivery has occurred. We choose to only offer UPS shipping options for our products to minimize potential losses or damages by opting for the most trusted shipping partner. Please make sure to choose an appropriate shipping method at checkout that covers the full value of your order (regular UPS ground shipments are insured up to $100, with the option of purchasing additional insurance at $4 per additional $100 of value. UPS Ground Saver is insured up to $50). 

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

As a nutritional supplement company, our products, like most food items, are exempt from standard consumer returns. For safety and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns, repackage, or redistribute any items once they have left our fulfillment center. However, if your box arrives damaged, leaking, the seal has been broken, or something is fundamentally wrong with your order, please do not consume the product and reach out to us immediately. We will work with you to fix the problem with a replacement or refund. To help us investigate with our shipping partners, we may ask you to provide photographic evidence or mail the damaged item back to us. All claims for damages or fulfillment errors must be made within 30 days of your order fulfillment date, after which all sales are considered final. Approved refunds usually take 7 to 14 business days to process back to your original payment method.

7. PROTECTING OUR BRAND & CONTENT

Everything you see on this website—our logo, imagery, custom copy, formula descriptions, and layout design—is the sole intellectual property of OASIS OF MARA LLC or our contracted creative partners. We love when people share our story, but it is prohibited to copy, mirror, or use our digital assets for any commercial or promotional purposes without our explicit written permission. This includes a strict prohibition on using any of our custom copy, imagery, or unique formula descriptions to train machine learning models or as prompts for generative AI output.

8. HANDLING DISAGREEMENTS

We always hope to solve any customer issues directly and amicably through a quick email or phone call. However, if a dispute arises that we simply cannot resolve together, you agree that the issue will be handled through private, confidential arbitration managed by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than immediate litigation. By agreeing to these terms, we both waive our rights to a trial by jury or to participate in a class-action lawsuit. If you wish to opt-out of this arbitration rule, you have the right to do so by mailing us a formal letter within 30 days of your purchase receipt. OASIS OF MARA is a California LLC; therefore, all disputes are subject to California law.
